Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy statement explains what personal data iTrackLacrosse collects from you and how we use that data, through our interactions with you and through our products.

iTrackLacrosse offers a range of software products, and this statement applies to iTrackLacrosse’s interactions with you and the iTrackLacrosse products.

Cookies

Most iTrackLacrosse sites and software use “cookies”, small text files that can be read by a web server in the domain that put the cookie on your hard drive. We may use cookies to store your preferences and settings, help you with signing in, and analyse site operations.

Data That We Collect

iTrackLacrosse collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experiences with our products. You provide some of this data directly, such as when you create an account, register for a iTrackLacrosse event, upload a document, sign up for our services, or contact us for support. We get some of it by recording how you interact with our products by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. We may also obtain data from third parties.

Data about Usage of iTrackLacrosse Products or Services is automatically collected when you use and interact with our Services, including metadata, log files, cookie/device IDs and location information. This information includes specific data about your interactions with the features and content contained within iTrackLacrosse Products, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time the services were used, information about browser configuration and plugins, language preferences and cookie data, information about devices accessing the services, including type of device, what operating system is used, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers and error data, and some of this data collected might be capable of and be used to approximate your location.

How We Use Personal Data

iTrackLacrosse uses the data we collect to operate our business and provide you the products we offer, which includes using data to improve our products and personalise your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, software updates and product information.

We do not share data with 3rd party companies. In the future, if we start sharing data, we will seek your consent as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorised. We may share data with vendors working on our behalf; when required by law or to respond to legal process; to protect our customers; to protect lives; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect the rights or property of iTrackLacrosse.

You can always choose whether you wish to receive promotional emails, telephone calls and postal mail from iTrackLacrosse. You can also opt out from receiving interest-based communications or advertising from iTrackLacrosse.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

iTrackLacrosse uses cookies (small text files placed on your device) and similar technologies to provide our software, websites and online services and to help collect data. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings; enable you to sign-in; combat fraud; and analyse how our websites and online services are performing. iTrackLacrosse apps may use other identifiers for similar purposes.

You have a variety of tools to control cookies, including browser controls to block and delete cookies and controls from some third-party analytics service providers to opt out of data collection. Your browser and other choices may impact your experiences with our products.

Many iTrackLacrosse products are intended for use by organisations and are administered to you by your organisation. Your use of iTrackLacrosse products may be subject to your organisation’s policies, if any. If your organisation is administering your use of the iTrackLacrosse products, please direct your privacy enquiries to your administrator. iTrackLacrosse is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.

If you use an email address provided by an organisation you are affiliated with, such as an employer, to access iTrackLacrosse services, the owner of the domain (e.g. your employer) associated with your email address may: (i) control and administer your iTrackLacrosse online services account and (ii) access and process your data, including the contents of your communications and files.

With a iTrackLacrosse account, you can sign into iTrackLacrosse products, as well as those of select iTrackLacrosse Partners. Signing into your account enables improved personalisation, provides seamless and consistent experiences across products and devices, permits you to access and use cloud data storage, and enable other enhanced features and settings. When you sign into your account to access a product, we create a record of that sign in.
